This Payment Policy outlines the payment terms, deposit requirements, cancellation policy, and refund procedures for safaris and tours booked with Sabrahm Safaris. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Pricing & Quotations

1.1 Price Validity

All prices quoted are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation. After this period, prices may be subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, or other factors beyond our control.

1.2 Currency

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We also accept payments in:

EUR (Euro) GBP (British Pound) TZS (Tanzanian Shilling)

Exchange rates applied at time of payment may vary. We recommend paying in USD for best rates.

1.3 What's Included

All park entry fees
Accommodation as specified
Professional safari guide
4x4 safari vehicle
Meals per itinerary

2.1 Deposit Requirements

To confirm your booking, a deposit is required:

2.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid:

60 days before departure

For bookings made more than 60 days in advance

Immediately with deposit

For bookings made less than 60 days before departure

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Fees

If you need to cancel your booking, the following fees apply:

60+ days before departure 20%

Admin fee • 80% refund

30-59 days before 50%

Cancellation fee • 50% refund

15-29 days before 75%

Cancellation fee • 25% refund

Less than 15 days 100%

No refund

No-show 100%

Full payment forfeited

Important Notes

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email
  • Cancellation date is determined by when we receive your written notice
  • Some accommodations have stricter policies, which will be communicated at booking
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days of cancellation
  • Bank transfer fees may be deducted from refund amount
